Legal Question in Banking Law in Pennsylvania
Received letter of winnings
Receiveda letter from Avenue Fundaying with cashiers check in amount of $3,900, supposedly as part of a $55,850 winnings of International Sweepstates winning program. I do enter a number of surgeys on line. How to I find out if this is legetimate or just a hoax? They left a number of 416 732 9637 and ref # A34009 5611 8776. I could really use money, but sounds too good to be true. Please help! Thank you!
