A-Z procedures for creditors

I am a collection rep for my company and handle all bankruptcy cases that our customers file. Can you give me a A-Z procedure I should follow after filing the claim?

Often filing a Proof of Claim is all you have to do, but it depends on the particular situation. If you have an attorney file the Proof of Claim, the attorney will receive electronic notification of all subsequent activity in the bankruptcy case.
