I have done work for a company who just filed bankrupcy. I was told I have to file a claim. How do I do this and how hard is this?

The Proof of Claim for is at http://www.paeb.uscourts.gov/pages/forms/BK_Form_B10.pdf. I assume from your zip code that the case was filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pa. If so, contact information for the Clerk of Court is at http://www.paeb.uscourts.gov/pages/clerk/clerks_office_info.htm.
