Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania
bankruptcy
I co-signed for a truck and now the owner is filing bankruptcy. Will I be responsible for this loan or will it be discharged? If it's not, is there any way to not get stuck with his bill?

Re: bankruptcy
It depends on whether the owner is keeping the truck (reaffirming). If he or she keeps the truck he or she has to maintain payments on the truck and you should be ok. If the Truck is repossessed or surrendered, though, you are probably on the hook.
