I filed a chapter 13 and did not hove the $ to continue it....I filed to get my house off the sheriff sale....what can the morgage company do next and how long do I have til the next sale date...they wont get back to me with out workout plan........what happens next and what steps do they have to take and how long do I have?

You have 2 options but I won�t know whether either one is viable without more information.
1. I do not know the status of your first case and whether the plan was appropriate. Perhaps a different plan could be proposed that you could afford. In any event, it is something that could be explored and you could file a second case to stop the sale. You must have a change in circumstance from the first case and some reason to think that the 2nd case will be successful. You should speak with experienced bankruptcy counsel about that option.
2. You could consider a refinance or sale depending on the amount of equity. I have several sources for lending to people with credit problems.
