Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania
bankruptcy and local taxes
i filed for bankruptcy in august of 2005 and it was discharged. i owned a mobile home whic i put in the bankruptcy and also the local taxes on the mobile home. do i still own the mobile home and i just received a letter from our city that i owe taxes for 2005. can you please let me know if i have to pay them and if not what do i do? thanks

Taxes are generally non-dischargeable in bankruptcy except in very limited circumstances.
