Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania

a few years ago i had ti file chp13 then i couldnt afford that so i wanted to file a ch7 i statred to pay a alawyer but lost my job then came illness and couldnt pay..the house went up for sherriff sale .and im still getting letters that i owe money and need to pay..how can i do this ..i dont have a job yet can i still file a bankruptcy? can i do it myself? is there a cheap way? i cant afford an attorney..please help

Neighborhood Legal Services may be able to help. I've noticed that they have been providing lawyers in limited situation in Bankruptcy. However, if you've lost the house and all you have is debt, you may be better off waiting until you are able to get back on your feet before even considering whether or not to file.
