Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania
Car loan and bankruptcy
I filed bankruptcy in Sept. '07. I aked to keep my car loan. Whem I pull my credit report it shows that my loan was discharged through bankruptcy. Who am I paying my car loan to and how do I know when it is paid off since I no longer have any coupons to pay with. Will I eventually own the car and would I be able to trade it in right now?
