Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania

divorce and chapter 13

My husband and I filed for chapter 13 late last year. we seperated at beginning of june, the payment has been coming out of his check. I agreed to split the cost with him. he is keeping the house and has since changed the locks and filed for divorce am I still responsible to pay for this debt? or can we move it to chapter 7 will he lose the house?

Divorce is a complicated matter in a Chapter 13. If your divorce attorney does not practice in the area of bankruptcy, I suggest that you have him or her contact an attorney who does. There are a number of issues here.
