Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania
i am divorced, i still live in house and pay mortgage, my ex owns 32.5% of house worth 380,000, mortgage is 67000, our agreement is i live there till kids graduate from school (abt 9 more yrs), ex financially having problems and might go bankrupt, how does this effect me in the house? been divorced 6 yrs, I maintain the house costs. if he goes bankrupt does this effect me staying in my home? live in pennsylvania
