I am about to file chapter7inPa,and just learned my wife has become a heir, value to be determined and executed in 6mos(Illinois probate) Will this be included in our assets?even if we do not know the setteled worth at time of filing?

Yes, because you must disclose the right to that estate in both Schd B of your petition and the Statement of Financial Affairs. The trustee is also likely to ask if you have the right to inherit anything, and you would have to answer yes, as you are under oath during the meeting of creditors.
I suggest you meet with me to discuss your options. It may be possible for only you to file bankruptcy, or you may have other options. If you would like a free initial consultation with me, please give me a call on my cell phone at 302.358.6595.
