If file chapter 12 under the old law in 2005

I filed chapter 13 under the old law in 2005 can I file agin in 2007?

Re: If file chapter 13 under the old law in 2005

You may file. However, if the case was pending within 12 months before the new case, you will have to seek to extend the bankruptcy protection beyond 30 days after filing. Also, if there has been a change in circumstance since your last case, you should be okay. If not, you may not qualify.
