Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania
Filing Bankruptcy
My husband filed for bankruptcy before we got married and it has been over 7years. Since we have married we have went through hard times and now have alot of debt. We tried to repay through the collections but never get it under control even tried CCCS and still no luck. Could we file for bankruptcy jointly can this be done since he did chapter 7, over 7 years ago?

Re: Filing Bankruptcy
If you never filed, you can do so at any time. You husband must wait 8 years from the time his last case was filed.
