Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania
was in forclosure. filed bankrupcy. after 5 months i feel it is not benefiting me and i have been paying double morgage. if i keep paying my morgage drop the bankrupcy what are the odds of the morgage company foreclosing on my house

If you are not current with your mortgage, the mortgage company will foreclose. However, you can try a loan modification and defend any such foreclosure while that is happening. Ultimately, you can file another case if you have to.
