Homestead Exemptions
Does PA have any homestead exemptions law that one can use to opt out of the Federal Bankruptcy Section 522 exemptions and use a state law homestead exemption?

The only state exemption in PA is the tenants by entireties exemption which is claimed by one spouse when the debts are owed by him or her only.
