Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania
My husband and I filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Jan of 2008. We have creditors that should have been included trying to contact us now regarding the debts. Weren't all of our creditors included? Is there anything we can do to stop the threatening letters and calls?

If you had a lawyer, you should contact him. If not, you should send the creditors a copy of the Discharge Order. If they still persist, you can sue them.
