If I am in a partnership and my partners will not contribute to our debt of $380,000, can I fill for a petition of involuntary bankruptcy?

I'm not sure of the answer to this one. My best guess without spending a lot of time researching the issue based upon these minimal facts is that you have other remedies if your partners are solvent. If your partners are not solvent and you are solvent then in order to force them into an involuntary bankruptcy I think you may need to first establish that you are a creditor of the partnership. If you want a definitive answer, I think you are going to have to retain an attorney in the area where the assets of the partnership are located.
