Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania
Judgement filed before bankruptcy
Credit card company filed a judgement before I file bankruptcy. The credit card company was listed in the bankruptcy, why would the judgement still show on my credit report as not discharged.

It should not. The bankruptcy is all that should show up. Notify the big three credit reporting agencies that the judgment was listed in a bankruptcy. You may have to obtain a copy of your bankruptcy schedules to show that it was listed. I do not think it is necessary anymore to clear the state court docket by filing a copy of the discharge with the court that entered the judgment.
