Law Suit and Bankruptcy
I am being sued for a fire at a rental property by the owners insurance company. I do not have any money to pay them over 100,000. I only make 35K per year. Will a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy cover a law suit. I don't have any assests

As long as the damage was not caused by willful and malicious intent on your part, the debt is dischargeable.
