Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania
Mortgage default - I am the grantor
I have a mortgage agreement with someone who has not paid me in 3 months. He has consulted an attorney to restructure his debt. Do I need an attorney too? What should I do to protect myself and insure collection? Should I file judgement? Should I file a notice with a credit reporting agency?

You should consider filing a complaint. However if he is in bankruptcy you can only take a limited number of steps without violating the bankruptcy code, which has strict penalties. I offer free consultations.
