Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania
In Pennsylvania if my parents are the lien holder on my vehicle can the vehicle be taken if I file bankruptcy. My parents want to loan me the money to get a car but I am in the process of filing bankruptcy is the problem. They are scared I will lose the vehicle and be unable to repay them once working again.

If you own the vehicle you will likely be able to keep it so long as you own less property than the Bankruptcy exemptions allow. If you do not own a house it should not be a problem.
If you are making payments on the vehicle, then the bank could repo it if you are behind.
