Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania

post discharge foreclosure

our mortgage was discharged in chapter 7. after discharge our creditor agreed to modify our loan. If we can no longer keep up with the payments and the creditor forecloses will we be responsible for any difference between what the creditor sells the property for and what we owe? or did the chapter 7 protect us from that?
