My Question is my car was recently repossessed . What can I do to get it back . If I file for bankruptcy will I be able to get it back

Repossesion would be reversed if the bankruptcy is filed within 15 days of the repossession. Depending on your payment history the finance compny might accept amounts that are past due or they may require payment in full if you do not file bankruptcy. I offer free consultations.

You can file and you may get the car back. However, you need to complete credit briefing, prefably before filing.
