Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania
restore driving privilage after judegement/bk
no dui, driver license susp. due default on judgement, I just file bankruptcy and had my 341 meeting. Is there anyway to get my driver license back early without waiting for the discharge notice?

If you have a bankruptcy attorney, you should discuss it with him. The amount of time between the 341 hearing and discharge is usually less than 30 days and there is not much a lawyer can do before the suspension is removed through discharge.
