Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania

My Rights

I would like to know if I declare bankruptcy, if I have the right to keep my vehicles. They are all in my name and financed. Will it destroy my credit rating?

In Bankruptcy secured property like cars and homes can be "reaffirmed". You keep the car and the loan. Bankruptcy may or may not be the best answer for you. I offer free consultations.
