The bankruptcy will stay any eviction. However, the landlord can ask for an emergency hearing which can be held as soon as a day. Otherwise, the usual practice is to file a motion and a hearing occurs within 30 days. That filing could occur at any time. If no motion is filed, the stay will last as long as the case which is about 4 months.
