Time between discharge
How long do i have to wait to file after my discharge?

I'm not really sure I understand your question. Have you filed a bankruptcy case in the past and you need to file again? If so, you cannot file for chapter 7 relief until six years have passed from the date of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge order. However, there is no waiting period for the filing of a Chapter 13 bankruptcy after any prior bankruptcy. This is sometimes a decent option for some people.
