Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania

Workers Comp settlement and bankruptcy.

Hello. I'm 26 and recently got married. I am about to settle with my workers compensation company. After I settle I have no income. I have about 27K in credit card debt and 33K in private student loans (with no disability insurance). I am disabled and will have a very hard time finding gainful employment, if I can at all. I've been denied SS disability twice due to my education level and age. My husband does not make enough to cover all our bills. We will file taxes separately. Can I claim bankruptcy and not include his debt and will it harm his credit? If I file bankruptcy after I use/spendmy workers comp settlement (pay off some debt and buy a house-paid in full or financed in my husband's name) how does that effect the bankruptcy claim? Do my husband's savings effect the case?

Thank you in advanced for answer my seemingly endless questions.
