That is three different places you can find the same case. The first number is the volume, the second number is the page number. I do not practice in Massachusetts, but I think it is a safe bet that Mass. is the state reporter in which the Commonwealth of Massachusetts publishes case opinions decided in its courts (Mass. could be limited to the state Supreme Court). N.E.2d is the second set of North East regional reporters published by West Publishing. It would included cases from several states in the northeast. (In Pennsylvania cases are published in the Atlantic reporter.) USLW is U.S. Law Week and publishes cases from a wider range of courts--and I think quicker than the other reporters.
