Can a Corporation who has filed articles of dissolution be held personally responsible for anything in small claims court

Re: Articles of Dissolution
Articles of Dissolution merely act as a formal statement that a company has ceased to operate. It does nothing to eliminate the corporate debt.
However, an entity may not file them unless there are insufficient assets to pay its creditors. Therefore, it is likely that a suit against the company will not yield any funds.
I trust this has been helpful, but feel free to call or e-mail on a free intial basis.
