Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania

I own a beauty school and have 2 testimonials from my students who previously attended another school. The script explains that they did not like the other school because of their practices! Is this legal to post on my website?

s a Franchise Attorney I can tell you truth is a defense to a lawsuit brought for slander or libel. The bigger question is do you want to get involved in a lawsuit? These tend to be expensive. Rather than name specific names, a better approach may be to talk generally about the deficiencies of other competitors.
