Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
Breach of employment contract
My employer recently decided to change the structure of my salary, which significantly lowered my pay. I was told this was done b/c the company was incurring additional expenses, but now I'm sure this is not the case. I had originally signed a contract, w/a non-comp. attached that specifically detailed my comp. I was given (and currently paid under),a new contract which I didn't sign. Can I sue (to get what's owed and remove the non-comp)?

Re: Breach of employment contract
In order to properly advise you the contract must be reviewed by legal counsel. In the absence of a written agreement you would have little recourse except to look for new employment. If I can be assistence in reviewing your agreement please call. For a minimum charge I would be happy to review the contract and give you a more detailed assessment of your legal rights.
