Brevard contract

I was called by a gentelman concerning some land that he and his wife needed to sell. I met them, looked at the land. The plot of land needed subdivided of of their house plot. I and agreed to buy it. Mr and Mrs Brevard's terms were that I work and pay all expenses needed to get the land through a subdivision and that I give an immediate deposit of 8,000.00 so they could recieve a shipment for there other company.) then I could have the land for a sum. A contract was typed by them at which he signed. They both assisted giving me information I needed for to get an approved subdivision. At the end of getting the approval they cut me off and stated the contract he signed was no good anyhow because my wife didn't sign it and she if on the deed. They used me, my money my abilities to get this subdivision and now put it on the market for 30% more and cut me out. I have 7 months and 13,000.00 involved in the project. Can I still purse this matter in court if so under what charges?. Remember he only signed the contract I only have a verble for her. I was intentionally used, mislead and scammed.

Re: Brevard contract

I suggest that you obtain an attorney immediately. You must file a legal action to enforce your rights. A court would order specific performance of the agreement of sale. The fact that your wife did not sign the agreement is not important. Move quickly to have your rights protected. If I can be of any help let me know. Gerald Hershenson 215-579-9390
