Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
My brother purchased a set of kitchen cabinets from a small business in our small town for a great price. They would be delivered to his residence after the man running the business picked them up from another state. The businessman representing this company was given a check for $2500 and then a credit card payment was made for the remainder. When the man failed to deliver the product, the credit card payment was halted. The owner(same man) has called telling my brother he will deliver, but this has gone on for a few months. What can he do to recover his money?
