Re: buisness law

You need a Pennsylvania attorney to defend the case. Potentially, that attorney could fight the jurisdiction and have the case brought to Florida. I am not licensed in Pa., but I know many Pennsylvania attorneys and could perhaps help you find one. Feel free to contact me to discuss your case further.

Re: buisness law

You should consult with an attorney who practices in that court. I do, and would be willing to take a look at the Complaint (via email attachment or fax) to have an initial discussion without obligation.

Re: buisness law

I am a Philadelphia attorney whose office is a few blocks from the Courthouse....

I would review the complaint, help craft an appropriate answer (and counterclaim, if any) and represent your interests. Do you know why the case is in PA? Is it an internet case (That court hears a lot of those)? Or is it just that one of the parties chose the venue? You probably need to act fast as there are time deadlines that must be met!

You can write back to [email protected] if you are interested in retaining my services.

Mike
