What is the formula used to evaluate a business. My soon to be ex-husband and I own a corporation together which he holds 100% of the shares. How do they fairly evaluate a business and who does this?

A business evaluation should be done by an accountant who is qualified to evaluate to the business. I suggest you deal with your attorney to assist you. There is no formula that I can guide you with in this type of forum, as there are many variables. Gerald Hershenson Esq.
