Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
I am a business owner, I have an orgional document that is signed in print. Reguardelss it"s their John Hancock and it a signed document. Does that matter if I got their signature in crusive? smh I went to a lwayer a went some docuemnts. The law firm has already sent a collections letters out for clients who are past due. I just wanna know if i"m ok that all.
