we have a photography business & a bride was not happy with the cut & color of her wedding photos. We met and we agreed to reprint to correct both issues. Those were her only two issues, now that they are complete she hasnt looked at them & decided she doesnt want to. We corrected both issues in a timely manner, now we think she just wants her money back. do you think she has a case

You asked about a bride that doesn't want her wedding pictures.
Usually the claim goes the other way. I'm impressed with your service.
She more than likely doesn't have a claim to get a refund, but that won't necessarily stop her from suing, or even from winning if you don't put on a good case.
Keep your documentation and make sure you have properly informed her of the status of her product. If anything arises then you should contact an attorney immediately.
