Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
I own a carpet cleaning business and I want to know if it is legal for me to make a deal with a reality company where for every job they send my way if I gave the let's say $25????

First, I don't think it would be a problem, so long as you are not making "under the table" cash payments. Second would your deal with be with the company, or just certain employees of the company. They could get in trouble and lose their RE License and maybe their jobs. Third, be prepared to send the company a 1099 form if you are going to declare this money as expenses on your taxes. There is nothing wrong, in my opinion, for you to pay a finder's fee for work sent to you. It should be above-board. If you act otherwise, you do so at your own risk.
