Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
I am company out of business and have a watercraft that's been here for over two years. Customer won't pickup and pay. Has been called numerous times. Vehicle registered in NJ, sent paperwork to verify no lien on it. Besides calling customer, sent him a letter explaining situation both to him directly and certified in sept 10. Has not replied. I can sell vehicle for monies owed to me. How do I get the title in our name, so i can sell. Called state, I'm not a savage co.....

s a Franchise Attorney I think the only way for you to get title is if the current owns signs it over to you. That doesn't appear to be happening or likely to happen. So, I wouldn't count on selling the boat to get the money owed. Your recourse is to sue him directly, and if you get a judgment, collect on it. This is based on the limited information provided.
