Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
I had a construction business with my brother-in-law. I kept all my tools at his house. Now we no longer due the business any longer due to a falling out. A few months after that my sister left him and they are now going for a divorce. He is resentful and says that I cannot have my tools back and says if I come on the property that he will have me arrested. What can I do to get my tools back?

You might want to talk with your sister's divorce attorney to assist you. Other than that, you can sue your brother-in-law to compel him to return your tools or their value.
