Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
Consulting Agreement v. Services Agreement
Can you find case law, findings of fact or conclusions of law where the differences between a consulting agreement and a services contract are spelled out? Thank you.

Re: Consulting Agreement v. Services Agreement
I'm not sure what you mean by that. "Contract" and "agreement" are usually synonymous and a "consulting" agreement is merely a type of "service" contract (since it's not a contract for goods).
In general, each contract in the law is interpreted on its own. Sometimes the name matters, but usually the text itself controls.
You might want to try asking a more specific question or speaking directly with an attorney.
