Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
contractor neglect
Is there any statue of limitations from when you sign a contract for an addition to your home that the work must be started? Promised by word of mouth over and over again that the room would be completed but never started yet. Room is for a child I am having due any time and promised completion by now but not started.

Re: contractor neglect
The contract must be reviewed before concrete legal advice can be given. I advise that notice to terminate be given immediately. Suggest you consult with legal counsel. Without seeing the contract it is difficult to give an opinion.
