Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
Copyrighting doll designs
I would like to copyright the name of my cloth doll designs. Is it a copyright I need or do I need to register for a trademark? Example: My Friends
Also, if I have two different lines of doll designs do I need to register each one or can I do both on one application? If so, do I send pictures with the application as I noticed it asks for two copies of the work are to be sent along with the registration?
thank you

The names of the clothing lines would be trademarks. The patterns for the clothingline might be eligible for copyright protection. I offer free consultations.
