Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
Corporate Law
Background: I just started an S-Corp. I own several internet businesses.
Question: Can I run these internet businesses under the one umbrela of the S-Corp.
Deatils: The internet business are each widely different in the way they make money - not related in anyway - except one - I am the sole owner.
I would like to keep it as simple as I can in both legal and accounting.
I prefer one bank account and books.
I have been expoloring subsidiaries and LLC's and have gotten lost in the chatter.
This is the first corporation I have ever owned and wish to do it right the first time, but my personality needs simplicity to make it work.
Kind Regards, Thanks in advance!

Re: Corporate Law
As long as your articles of incorporation are not drafted in a way to limit the activities your corporation can undertake, there shouldn't be any reason why you couldn't have each line of business under the one S-corporation.
