ebay business

I have an Ebay business with my boyfriend. The business is in my name. I want out of the business. Can his name be put on everything .I want to quit and walk away from it. Without him needing to start from scratch again to build the business up. It's pretty successful as it is.

A business can usually be transferred from one person to another, but how to do it depends on whether it is a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, LLC or other entity, and many other elements such as if there is any debt and whose name it is in.
