Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
An employer wants me to sign an employment agreement but the signature of both the employer and employee are on a sheet by themselves -- no details of the agreement are on the page with the signatures. This does not appear to be legal to me. Please advise.

That's a good question. However, you don't have anything to worry about. Perhaps, the signature section cannot fit on the last page of the agreement. You can make a note, below you signature that states, "This is the 5th page of the Employment Agreement. This Agreement has 5 pages in total." As a side note, you should have an attorney review the agreement before you sign to ensure that it accurately embodies your agreement with the employer.
Good luck.
