Flyers on cars legal?

Is it legal to place business flyers under car wipers in a strip mall parking lot in Chester County PA?

You asked if it is illegal to place flyers on cars.

It's not only illegal, it's really damned annoying.

It is illegal to flyer cars in PA. It is illegal in most states. And it is illegal to flyer cars on private property without permission.

So, not only could one be arrested for trespassing for placing flyers on cars, but they could also be responsible for either littering or cleaning up all the flyers that are discarded or which fly away.
