Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
Franchise Attorney
I am looking into a franchise in the state of PA and have already applied for an LLC. Being new at this I would like to what is entailed and what the cost(s) is/are associated with having a franchise attorney walk me through the document to better help me understand everything involved.

Re: Franchise Attorney
Most attorneys would charge an hourly fee for this. How much time would likely be up to how complicated the franchise matter was. It is likely that an attorney would ask for a retainer and withdrawal funds as payment became due.
