Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
fraud? embezzlement? anything?
After 10 years of employment and possession of boss's signature stamp, I obtained a loan for the company using the stamp, but without boss's knowledge. Loan went directly to paying company bills and is documented as such. Should I take any legal threats seriously? Am I liable to the company for any money, even when I never had any personal gain?

Re: fraud? embezzlement? anything?
First off I'm assuming you didn't get your boss's approval and if this is the case then why would do this? The bottom line is, yes, you can be held both civilly and criminally for your actions. The least of your worries should be losing your job at this point.
Therefore, you need to retain legal counsel ASAP before this matter blows up in your face.
